Behind Our Cat‑litter: What Happens Inside Our Production Workshop

A great plant‑based cat litter starts with a good formula, yet reliable production equipment makes consistent quality possible. Let’s take a casual tour inside our production base.

Our production line is equipped with core Switzerland Bühler machinery. The whole workflow including feeding, mixing, granulation, drying, dedusting and packaging is fully‑automated with digital CNC control. All production data is traceable to minimise manual interference.

Dedicated granulators serve different formulas:
Tofu cat litter granulator reaches 150 tons daily output with customizable pellet size.
Cassava cat litter granulator adopts low‑temperature gelatinization technology with 50‑ton daily capacity.

Custom drying processes are applied: three‑stage drying for tofu cat litter and fluidized‑bed drying for cassava cat litter for even heating.

For dust control: German BEM eight‑stage dedusting for tofu litter; cyclone plus reverse‑pulse‑jet dust‑collector for cassava litter.

We adopt steam‑injection & energy‑storage system for stable thermal condition and lower carbon emission. Six‑station high‑speed packaging machines handle weighing and sealing.

Hardware goes hand‑in‑hand with R&D & QC.
Three in‑house laboratories are built for raw‑material, safety and performance testing. We cooperate with CAHFSA and CAS for research on advanced odour‑decomposition technology and hold multiple invention patents.

Our main product portfolio covers tofu cat litter, next‑generation cassava cat litter, tofu‑cassava blend litter and 5‑in‑1 mixed cat litter.
